Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof of issue is provided (photos and/or videos clearly showing the problem)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Normal wear, spoilage, or deterioration after delivery

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers beyond our control

Perishable Products Disclaimer

As we operate an avocado farm, some products may be perishable. For food or perishable items:

  • All sales are final unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

  • We are not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where only part of an order is affected.

Replacements

In eligible cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A refund, at our discretion

The resolution option will be communicated after reviewing the claim.
